I provide therapeutic sessions for adults, couples, and families who are willing to look at the impact that their behaviors, actions and issues are having in their life. I create  a safe place to  feel heard, accepted, challenged, and encouraged. Together we work towards better understanding by navigating your past experiences, so you can move forward toward the best version of yourself.

I have deep respect for each client and tailor our sessions and treatment individually.  I view clients holistically taking into account the context of their families, social/cultural environment and relationship experiences.
