Ellen Pace

LMFT-S, LPC,

Connection and trust are important aspects in creating a therapeutic relationship. Authenticity, warmth, directness, confidentiality, compassion, and personal life experience are traits that I bring into our sessions. I have acquired the knowledge, skills, and training to support clients therapeutically. I look beyond the surface and sensitively attend to tender wounds that come with life’s challenges.

Health and well-being are not merely concepts I suggest to others; they are practices I incorporate into my daily life. I prioritize my mental, emotional, and physical health through consistent exercise, yoga, meditation, healthy eating, making fresh juices, gardening, and immersing myself in nature. Additionally, I cherish quality time spent with my husband, family, and friends, and I travel to the beach or mountains as often as possible for rejuvenation and connection.

I want you to get excited about who you are, what you are, what you have, and what can still be for you. I want to inspire you to see that you can go far beyond where you are right now.
