CHILDHOOD TRAUMA & ATTACHMENT WOUNDS
Have you ever felt secure and confident, only to suddenly feel sad, angry, or fearful after a triggering event? This is common for those with unresolved childhood trauma, where early wounds can leave child parts of ourselves frozen in time, affecting our adult responses to stress. The Developmental Needs Meeting Strategy (DNMS) model offers a healing pathway by addressing vulnerable aspects of ourselves that feel stuck, allowing us to integrate these parts into our adult identity to flourish, free from past traumas. This approach creates space to explore feelings, fostering understanding and compassion between the adult self and the wounded child. The process promotes personal growth, enabling individuals to move forward rather than be held back by past pain. Learn More >>
